Custom Design of Gear Global Tactical’s Director of Research and Development, J.R Schooley, is available to custom design any new gear requirements you may have or to help you improve upon the gear you are currently using. J.R has extensive experience designing military gear and over 18 years experience in the Naval Special Warfare community, specializing in small unit tactics, weapons, explosives, air operations, diving, and Fast Attack Vehicles (FAV’s). He assisted in the design and construction of Naval Special Warfare’s Fast Attack Vehicles, including developing all operating procedures for the FAV’s. J.R has also trained platoons in Close Quarters Battles (CQB), air operations, land warfare, and explosives and weapons proficiency.

Assault Vests

Stacker Assault Vest The Stacker Vest comes with four Stacker 2–style magazine pouches. Each magazine pouch holds up to two M16 magazines for a total of 8 magazines. The magazine pouch lids are adjustable and have reversed pull tabs. Above the magazine pouches are two small utility pouches. These 5" x 3" x 1.5" pouches are great for storing small items. The utility pouches also have loop fasteners on the front of the lids for attaching ID patches. This vest comes with our same vest features but the shoulder pads have been upgraded. Enhanced Patrol Vest Four main magazine pockets are each capable of holding three M16 magazines per pocket, two M14, G3, FN/FAL magazines, sixteen rounds of 12-gauge on an optional pull-out tray, and one HC/CS or smoke grenade. The vest has four pistol magazine pouches, each capable of holding a single stack of 1911 mag up to the Socom mag and Surefire lights, Leatherman/utility, or any small item. Enhanced Stacker Assault Vest The Enhanced Stacker Assault Vest comes with four Stacker 2–style magazine pouches. Each magazine pouch holds up to two M16 magazines for a total of 8 magazines. Medical Technician Vest Something for the "Docs" out there. Built with the help of our Navy Corpsmen friends, the Med-Tech Vest will speed up your response time tremendously. With multiple pouches across the front, all constructed with medical gear in mind, all of your first-response items will be at your fingertips. Patrol Vest The Patrol Vest is constructed entirely of 1000 Denier Cordura nylon for strength. It has been made to be fully adjustable to fit over all ranges of mission equipment; it has 36" of overall around adjustment and 12" of vertical adjustment, allowing this vest to be comfortably worn over MOPP gear, cold weather gear, and body armor. The back of the vest has a large, heavy-duty drag handle, as well as six belt loops along the bottom that allow the vest to be used with any web or duty belt. Each of the pouches on the front of the vest feature oxidized brass grommets for drainage that will not corrode. Each side of the vest has two magazine pouches that each hold three M16 magazines or a military smoke grenade and are closed with hook and loop and a Fastex buckle. Saw Gunners Vest The Saw Gunners Vest is constructed entirely of 1000 Denier Cordura nylon for strength and ruggedness. The vest has 36" of overall around adjustment and 12" of vertical adjustment, allowing it to be comfortably worn over MOPP gear, cold weather gear, and body armor. The back of the vest has a large, heavy-duty drag handle attached across the shoulders as well as six belt loops along the bottom that allow it to be used with any web or duty belt. Each of the pouches on the front of the vest feature oxidized brass grommets for drainage that will not corrode. Each side of the vest has 200 Round Saw Drum pouches. SMV Vest This traditional mesh-jacket-style vest features six magazine pockets with adjustable Velcro closure lids and elastic across the front so magazines fit snugly. Each pocket can hold a single M16, M14, G3, FAL, or AK magazine. Optional 12-gauge pull-out trays and multiple SMG magazines will also fit in the magazine pockets. The SMV vest also features two utility pockets and one small utility pocket with snap closure. It has internal map pockets as well as an internal Camelbak pocket. The back of the vest is covered with PALS webbing. It holds any sized hard armor (SAPI) plates, front and back, and has a layer of padding between the plates’ external layer of Cordura for added comfort. The front plate carrier has seven rows of PALS webbing for mounting optional modular pouches from our new Stacker line of tactical gear. The top of the front plate carrier also has a strip of Velcro for attaching ID patches. The back plate carrier has seven rows of PALS webbing for mounting modular pouches. Our Modular Camelbak Cover mounts great onto the back plate carrier. The back plate carrier also has a heavy-duty drag handle that is sewn throughout the entire back side to ensure that it will never come off. The heavy-duty drag handle also attaches with Velcro to the back plate carrier to keep it from snagging on any foreign objects. The top of the plate carrier has two adjustable padded shoulder straps that can be quickly disconnected if necessary. Stacker Plate Carrier with Cummerbund System The Stacker Plate Carrier with Cummerbund is the only one of its kind. It consists of a plate carrier that holds any sized hard armor plates, front and back, and that has a layer of padding between the plates’ external layer of Cordura for added comfort, plus a removable cummerbund system. The front plate carrier has seven rows of PALS webbing for mounting optional modular pouches. The top of the front plate carrier also has a strip of Velcro for attaching ID patches. The back plate carrier has seven rows of PALS webbing for mounting modular pouches. The back plate carrier also has a heavy-duty drag handle that is sewn throughout the entire back side to ensure that it will never come off. The heavy-duty drag handle also attaches with Velcro to the back plate carrier to keep it from snagging on any foreign objects. The top of the plate carrier has two adjustable padded shoulder straps that can be quickly disconnected if necessary. The front and back plate carriers attach on the sides with two adjustable 12" straps and 2" side-release buckles. The removable cummerbund system has a sleeve that attaches to the lower back portion of the plate carrier and has three rows of PALS webbing on the front. The two sections of the cummerbund have three rows of PALS webbing on each side of the cummerbund for attaching modular pouches. The two sections connect and adjust with two 20" 1” webbing straps for full adjustment over soft armor.
