This 9" x 9" Subload Leg Panel is covered in PALS webbing for attaching modular pouches. Three rows of PALS webbing have six slots from the bottom and one row of four slots at the top. The leg panel attaches to a duty or rigger belt with a 2" quick detach hanger. It attaches to the right or left thigh with two 2" adjustable leg straps, with double-layered elastic at the back of the thigh, where it is least likely to undergo abrasion.
