About the Founders
Global Tactical Solutions, Inc. was founded by Troy Rhoads, Frank Jordan, John Thill, and Courtland Bovee.
Troy Rhoads served four years in the United States Marine Corps and is a service-disabled veteran. He brings his varied experiences from the Corps as well as his knowledge of the telecommunications field to his position as Chief Executive Officer of Global Tactical Solutions.
Frank Jordan served two tours in Vietnam during his 9 years in the United States Marine Corps attaining the rank of Staff Sergeant. As a result of his service to our country, Frank Jordan is also service-disabled. Frank has worked in government relations for over 25 years since leaving the Corps. He is a valued member of the executive team serving as Vice-President of Global Tactical Solutions.
John Thill is a well-known communications and business consultant. He coauthors four college-level textbooks for Pearson Education, including Excellence in Business Communication and Business in Action, both the leading books in their field. His books have sold over 2 million copies worldwide. Prior to joining Global Tactical Solutions, he was President of Collegiate Press for over 15 years.
Courtland Bovee is a leading communications consultant with 22 years of teaching experience at Grossmont College. He is a prolific writer who has coauthored more than seven college-level textbooks. Currently among the titles he coauthors is Business Communication Today, now in its tenth edition, and Business Communication Essentials, now in its fifth edition. Over 2.5 million students have studied from books he coauthors. Courtland brings over 30 years of business experience to the executive team at Global Tactical Solutions.
